Join us for our FREE Kids' Day Out on Monday, January 20, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Children from 4 years old - 5th grade are welcome to join us for this special day! Fill out this form to sign up. If you haven't already filled out a SPC Kids' Ministry Form for this school year for any children that will be attending, please follow the link that will be provided after this form is submitted and have it filled out by the day of the event.
